Delivery Information
When placing an order please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are referring to the time it will take once your order has been shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Occasionally there can be longer processing times (the time it takes to pack your order before it is shipped), especially after pre order events, sales and on made to order items. As I am a one woman team, I always aim to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible, but if your order isn't dispatched straight away definitely don't stress! I promise I am working as fast as I can and I appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Policy
All domestic orders within Australia are shipped through Australia Post and all estimates are based on their quoted shipping times. Please note that Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday and their estimates are based on business days only.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping includes tracking and will take between 2-7 business days for most areas. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. All orders include insurance.
$15 Flat Rate Express Shipping also includes tracking and will take between 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and 2-7 working days for all other areas. If you are unsure if you are a part of Australia Post's Express Post delivery network you can check through their website. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
FREE Shipping for Orders of $100 or more includes tracking and will take between 2-7 business days for most areas. These are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. All orders include insurance.
